great stay with excellent service

good location super discount netflix access

The location worked really well. the staff provided super discounts for my day trip to phi phi island. i had access to netflix and youtube on the room's tv. That was awesome.

the door did not close by itself, and i had to push very hard to shut it properly.

The breakfast had very good variety. I saw many different options. it included fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes. the restaurant workers were especially friendly and helpful.

I found the staff consistently friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet offered many options and was always filling. I especially liked the well-equipped gym. The rooftop pool area was good.

rooftop pool good size

I appreciated the rooftop pool area with its pleasant service i found the bar particularly enjoyable there. the gym's good size also stood out to me. It had the equipment i needed.

the hotel is located near a market and there were some fishy smells at times

convenient location clean room comfortable bed loud boxing late noise poor soundproofing

the location is convenient to many shops. walking to bangla road and jungcelon shopping mall was quick. my room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

the boxing matches were loud at night. noise went on until after 11pm , made sleep difficult. i could hear everything going on in the next room.

Subpar Experience.

bathroom smell poor communication

The bathroom had a persistent bad smell, and the reception staff were not very helpful. Their communication skills were limited, especially outside basic English phrases. I felt they struggled with more complex requests. One night, I woke up to a cockroach scurrying over my head! The staff's response was that I should have called a cleaner.
