The location worked really well. the staff provided super discounts for my day trip to phi phi island. i had access to netflix and youtube on the room's tv. That was awesome.

the door did not close by itself, and i had to push very hard to shut it properly.

bathroom smellpoor communication

The bathroom had a persistent bad smell, and the reception staff were not very helpful. Their communication skills were limited, especially outside basic English phrases. I felt they struggled with more complex requests. One night, I woke up to a cockroach scurrying over my head! The staff's response was that I should have called a cleaner.
